Cooperative "Consonants" is a shared vision of Alexander Konov and August Sterngberg. A project born out of shared fondness for DIY, unpopular and messy art, "Cooperative" was created to be breath of fresh air in the increasingly algorithm-driven artist landscape.
 Our main mission is to showcase the joy of creation and experimentation, while also not dropping the opinionated and earnest nature of our works in the process. Our main focus as of now is wearable art - clothes, pins, patches, that spark this recognition of the self through the other, that mean something to the creator and the wearer.
Through two contrasting yet aligned views on alternative art, we try and use our art as a weapon, a signal to the fellow freak, a love letter, a Party without a leader. We hope we can spark the defiant joy through each and every person who stumbles upon us. Safe travels.
